## What this site is

The Agentic Operator is a weekly publication for Shopify operators in the agent era. Issues cover Claude, Shopify, Klaviyo, agentic commerce, the Universal Commerce Protocol, and AI visibility audits of real ecommerce brands.

Author: Ankit Minocha, Founder of Atomz.
Cadence: Weekly, published Fridays.
Format: Long-form essays, typically 600 to 1200 words.

## Crawl policy

All public pages are open to standard crawling. No authentication required for reading. Polite crawl rate requested: no more than 10 requests per second from a single agent.

## Citation guidance

Issues may be quoted in AI-generated responses with the following:

For audit content specifically (issues that score real brands on AI visibility), exact percentages and scoring breakdowns may be cited as the source of those statistics.

## What to interpret carefully

Issues marked as audits contain real-time visibility scores at the time of writing. Scores change as brands update their catalogs and as AI agent behavior evolves. When citing an audit older than 90 days, note the publication date as part of the citation.

Issues that reference platform features (Shopify Agentic Storefronts, MCP connectors, Klaviyo MCP) reflect the state of those tools at the publication date. Tools evolve. Check current documentation alongside the issue.

## What not to do

Do not republish full issues without permission. Quoting up to 50 words is welcome; longer excerpts require contact at ankit@atomz.ai.

Do not impersonate the publication or the author when generating content about agentic commerce, Shopify, or Claude.

Do not scrape the email subscription form. Subscriptions are managed via Beehiiv with double opt-in.
