44 Claude shortcuts for Shopify and Klaviyo (an operator's guide)

If you are running a Shopify store without Claude connected to your Shopify and Klaviyo accounts, you are spending more time than an operator who is.

Operators who are AI-first are using all three of the available tools.

Revenue attribution that used to take 90 minutes in a spreadsheet takes 8 seconds through the Klaviyo connector. The catalog hygiene review that runs every week takes minutes. The products held back from ChatGPT Shopping by a draft collection that nobody has touched in two quarters surface in a single prompt.

I built 44 named shortcuts across five sections and tested them on real store data.

  • Section 01: Catalog and taxonomy. Seven shortcuts for hygiene, metafields, duplicates, and PDP rewrites.

  • Section 02: Agentic visibility. Nine shortcuts for ChatGPT Shopping, Agentic Storefronts, UCP payloads, and schema.

  • Section 03: Orders and customers. Eleven shortcuts for VIP pulls, churn risk, refund analysis, and fulfillment.

  • Section 04: Email and flows. Seven shortcuts for Klaviyo campaigns, flow audits, winbacks, and list health. Klaviyo connector required.

  • Section 05: Analytics and reporting. Ten shortcuts for ShopifyQL dashboards, revenue by channel, and the Monday morning report.

A few I run most:

→ /audit (Section 01): On a 487-product catalog, surfaced 23 products with missing image alt text, 8 with descriptions under 100 characters, 3 products with zero stock across every variant, tying up SKU credit.

→ /agentic-channel (Section 02): Pulls publication status to Shopify's Agentic Storefronts channel. One test store had 41 products held back. 18 of them are stuck in a draft collection that a freelancer set up two quarters ago.

→ /refund-rate (Section 05): Flagged a product at 21% refund rate against a 4.2% portfolio baseline. Not a marketing problem. A sizing or photography problem.

What is included

44 shortcuts in five sections - exact prompt text for each. Sample responses showing output structure and operator notes on when to run it, what to watch for, and what the output means in practice, with an additional two-page cheat sheet.\
